Since 2006, the GSB Mentoring Program has seen 270 current students participate in one-on-one relationships with senior Monash alumni. The program provides an excellent opportunity for you to explore your personal and career objectives with an experienced professional, usually with significant background in your area of career interest. Currently the program has 125 active alumni mentors with a wide range of academic and business experience.
To celebrate the continued success of this program, Professor Stephen King, Dean of Faculty recently hosted an event which was attended by past and present mentors and mentees. I thoroughly enjoyed the event: everyone seemed to be genuinely excited about the program and the level of interaction on the evening was an example of how this program builds wider engagement between our students and our alumni community.
A second intake of the 2009 GSB Mentoring Program mentees will be available in semester two. If you are interested in participating in this program register your interest.
